First Lady Baber is a loving person and her love is expressed as a devoted mother, supportive wife and as a helpmate in the ministry of her husband, Rev. Dr. Melvin R. Baber.  Together First Lady Baber and Rev. Dr. Baber, residents of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, are the proud parents of five wonderful children:  Tiffany, Yolanda, Melanie, Danita, and Jeremy; and grand-parents of eight grandchildren.

As a servant of God, First Lady Baber loves to sing.  One of her favorite musical selections is, “We’ll Understand It Better By and By”.  She loves to pray and knows the power of prayer in her life’s sojourn.  Her favorite saying is “Bless the Lord, O my soul and all that is within me, Bless His Holy name”.

You will find First Lady Baber smiling at all times as she loves people and has a humorous side.  The most unique attribute is her humility, as she tries to do all that God has tasked her to do.
